I worked with Heidi, and she was always very professional and kept me well informed. She’ll basically keep you as informed as you want to be, and she’ll give solid and well thought out answers to questions. I bought a house and sold a house through Heidi, and she will let you run the show if you want, but she’ll give you as much guidance and advice as you want as well, so you never feel like you’re doing the brunt of the work. Heidi is awesome! She made us feel secure in buying our first home and spoke to what we wanted and needed. She worked with our schedule and was very realistic with us.
