Although she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Gwenith opted to forgo a master's degree to move to Alaska and embark on a career in real estate. This path allowed her to join and support her mother, who is not only a fellow realtor but also the esteemed team lead of the Heidi Sagen Team. This team is recognized for their extensive knowledge, strong work ethic, and unwavering determination in assisting every individual and family ready to navigate their home-buying journey.

Having lived in Fairbanks, Tok, Anchor Point and King Cove, her family finally settled in the city of Anchorage in the early 90’s where she jumped with both feet into the mortgage industry in 1994 and worked her way from Receptionist to Sr. Loan Originator and then to Branch Manager of a local mortgage company for 7 years.
She believes in working hard for her clients to help get them into their dream home using the right home loan type to suit their needs and combining the use of “old school” skill with the latest technology available to provide every tool in her arsenal for their benefit.
